This policy explains how Al Taam Foodstuff Ind. ("Al Taam", "we") collects and uses personal data through altaamfood.com, in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

• What you send us through a form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, business type, the products and quantities on your enquiry list, and your message.
• Your enquiry list while you build it. It is stored only in your browser until you send it to us or clear it.
• Technical data: your IP address, used to protect our forms from spam and abuse, and anonymous statistics on how pages are used.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange an order with you.
• To review partnership requests from distributors and trade buyers.
• To keep the website secure and to understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve them.

We use your data because you ask us to reply when you send a form, and to take the steps you request before an order. We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run this website for us: our hosting provider, our email delivery service, Google Analytics, and Google Maps on the Contact page for visit statistics. Google Maps loads only if you choose to show the map on our Contact page. If you send your list on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE; we use providers that protect it to a comparable standard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and for no more than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email info@altaamfood.com and we will reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.
